Dr. Kim Rehak selected as Top Mental-Behavioral Health Care Specialist of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

With over 2 decades of professional experience in the Mental-Behavioral Health Care industry, Dr. Rehak has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field. As a talented dynamic, results-driven leader, Dr. Rehak has demonstrated success not only as The Co-Founder of the International Institute for Behavioral Development, LTD. and Education Designers but in every position she has ever held.

Dr. Rehak’s impressive areas of expertise include but are not limited to specializing in her work with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors. She Has Provided Educational, Psychological, & Behavioral Health Services To Children & Adolescents Experiencing The Behavioral Symptoms Associated With Psychiatric, Psychological, & Neurological Disorders Across The Continuum Of Special Services & Behavioral Health Care, In Both Educational & Clinical Settings. She Has Been In Private Practice Since 2005. She Has Taught Over 150 University Courses, At The Graduate Level, Pertaining To Education, Special Education, Parenting, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Behavior Analysis, Autism, & Psychology, & Ethics. She has been teaching at the University level since 2009 and is currently a Graduate Faculty Member at Ball State University. Dr. Rehak was originally an educator and clinical counselor. Clinical counselors usually work in private practice and/ or in schools. Clinical counselors prevent, assess, diagnose, and help treat a wide-variety of mental health problems. Clinical counselors primarily concern themselves with helping their clients cope with a broad range of issues.

Dr. Rehak completed her graduate studies and programming in both Clinical Psychology & Counseling Psychology in 2005 and graduated from La Salle University in 2006. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Education/ Special Education from Arcadia University & she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral Level. She is also Board Certified in Telemental-(Behavioral) Health Services. In addition, Dr. Rehak is Dually Licensed by the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors and by the State Board of Medicine. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Assertiveness Coach, as well as a Member of The International Association of Trauma Professionals. She is A Member of the American Counseling Association and A Member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International. She is also a VIP Member of the International Association of Professional Women and National Association of Women Business Owners. She maintains active teaching certifications as a former educator (regular and special education). She was recently nominated and selected as Top Professional in her industry By IAOTP (International Association Of Top Professionals) for 2019. IIBD helps ensure essential services are provided, and has worked with many teams in many locations to help design environments and implement services where children and adults can thrive.

Throughout her illustrious career Dr. Rehak has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2019 she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine, being considered for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award and was selected as Top Mental-Behavioral Health Care Specialist of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).  She is a VIP member of the International Association of Women and was featured on CUTV News Radio.

Aside from her successful career, Dr. Rehak is a sought after lecturer, speaker, trainer and pays it forward with her nonprofit organization.

Looking back, Dr. Rehak attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and staying passionate in all her endeavors.  When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. For the future, she hopes to continue to help people and impact their lives in the ways she can.
