ABA Therapists, Registered Behavior Tech’s, Personal Care Assistants, Classroom Assistants

compensation: 25-45 per hour

We are currently seeking direct ABA Therapists (RBTs preferred) and Personal Care Assistants to work with children with various special needs in PA. We have immediate needs in Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas.

Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Spec. Ed, Education, or Psychology), along with 1 year of experience working directly with children with special needs. Experience and/or knowledge of ABA is required. RBT credential preferred.

This is a contracted position and the contractor’s rate is based on education level and experience, as well as applicable contractual reimbursement rates. For individuals seeking BCBA supervision hours, this can also be provided.


Act 34 State Police Criminal Records Check,

Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearances,

Federal Fingerprinting Screening registered with the Pa Department of Education,

CPR and First Aid and Section 1418(b) Tuberculosis screening.

Professional Liability Insurance

Additional requirements will be explained by HR/ contract coordinator/ admin/ account and onsite supervisors

The availability to start immediately is preferred.
