Meet Jeff!
Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts Degree In Psychology. He has worked in a variety of roles and in approved private and alternative school settings. He has assisted teachers, counselors, and administrators in implementing behavior plans that work for students. Jeff has belped the staff carry out the behavioral goals set in Individualized Educational Programs and consulted on behavior and how to intervene during crises. He has trained staff and helped document student behavior, analyzing and tracking trends and implementing interventions based on these data. Data-based decision making is not always easy, but the results have been well worth the efforts in the lives of those students, staff members, and families Jeff has reached.
