Meet Sarah!
Sarah’s passion for working with individuals with special needs started in high school while teaching special needs swimming lessons and volunteering with Special Olympics. She attended Montgomery Country Community College where she received her Associate’s degree. While at East Stroudsburg University, Sarah studied Elementary and Special Education. Since 2007, she has been a Special Education Assistant in a public school and a Behavioral Therapist for Education Designers. Most of her time has been spent with elementary school students. Sarah has also worked with individuals transitioning into adulthood. With 10 years classroom and home-based experience, Sarah has enjoyed her time working with children with a variety of abilities and disabilities, including Autism, Emotional Disturbance, Learning Disabilities, as well as the MDS population. We are grateful Sarah continues to be part of our team!
