Meet Megan!
Megan holds a Master’s Degree of Education in Special Education from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Elementary and Special Education, with a concentration in Spanish, from the University of Delaware. She possesses a number of certifications, including crisis prevention, middle level mathematics (7-9), middle level science (7-9), middle level social studies (7-9), middle level English (7-9), CPR, First Aid, and AED for adult, child, and infant needs, elementary education (K-6) and Special Education Pre-K-12. Megan has served as an emotional support teacher in a school district setting at the middle school level. Her areas of special interest include: practical technology solutions for the student, strategies that work for students with ASD, Nonviolent crisis intervention training, Skyward IEP writing, motivating and managing hard to reach, uninterested and disruptive students, corrective reading and Read 180, and Special Education Law.
