Meet Kathleen! Kathleen, B.A., M.Ed., has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Elementary and Special Education. She has counseled youth and young adults in both educational and community settings and has planned and implemented recreational and educational group activities for children and youth as well. Kathleen also teaches children with behavioral health issues in the educational setting. She has experience providing academic and vocational guidance to youth and young adults and has been trained in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. She has also worked as an instructional assistant in emotional support classrooms at the elementary level and as mental health aide.
In addition, Kathleen has provided teaching and research assistance at the university level and formerly worked as a child support enforcement specialist.
