Meet Jason!
Jason, RBT, Jason works with individuals with special needs as a Registered Behavior Technician. He has a degree from Penn State University in Health Care Administration. He has worked as an ABA Therapist, providing direct 1:1 support in a school/home setting for children who have developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Jason follows Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to ensure students are receiving all services and reaching goals. Intensive Teaching Trials, Discreet Trials, and Verbal Behavior Training are all included in his approach to treatment, and he documents behavior data and daily progress notes. Jason also focuses on community integration, providing pre-vocational and job support and coaching. Prior to working in the behavior support services realm in Educational settings, Jason worked at the Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment as a Behavioral Health Associate, assisting with basic patient care, group, and individual therapy, and documenting progress notes, while responding to psychiatric emergencies and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for the clients. He has over 10 years of experience in behavioral services, working with children, adolescents, young adult populations.
