Meet Danielle Franchini-Muir, MS ED, BCBA!
Danielle has been working with kids for over 13 years in multiple settings. She started out with her BA from Temple University and worked in in-patient, behavioral health at the #Devereux Foundation. She then went back to school to earn her Master’s degree from Drexel University in the Science of Instruction while working in a typical #preschool setting. Shortly after graduating and beginning teaching, Danielle found her passion for #Special #Education. She has worked in #school-age #Emotional Support, #Learning Support, and #Autistic Support classrooms, as well as Autistic Support #Early Intervention. While teaching, Danielle also began providing in-home #behavior therapy to students on the Autism Spectrum, using Applied Behavior Analysis (#ABA) and a #Verbal Behavior (#VB) approach. She worked under a #BCBA who mentored her and encouraged her to pursue her own BCBA credential. She gained her credential in September of 2013. Danielle now works as a Director of Behavioral Support Services at Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania and as a BCBA consultant and Clinical Supervisor. We are so glad Danielle is part of our team! She is truly a blessing to the families, educators, therapists, and children she helps support!
