Syeda Mirza, B.S., M.S., has been working as a paraprofessional in the North Penn School District since 2008.
Graduating from The University of Dhaka, with a Master’s Degree In Science, Syeda was always eager to work and help children to better their lives. Upon coming to the states, she first started working at a pre-school and gradually progressed to working within an Early Intervention Program in New York, specializing in meeting the needs of children with disabilities and other health and behavioral challenges. After moving to Pennsylvania, Syeda started her current work @NPSD as a paraprofessional with students ranging in age from Pre K- Post-12/ post-secondary education. For the past four years, she has also been a job coach for Post-12 students. As of 2014, she has been working with Public Partnership as a direct support staff member. She is also a behavior therapist. Syeda’s experiences with a wide-range of learners make her such an outstanding asset to our EdD team! We are so grateful she is on this journey with us!
